Job Title: District Country Sales ManagerJob Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic District Country Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth within our organization. With 12 to 18 years of proven success in sales, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and driving revenue targets within your district. Your exceptional leadership skills, strategic mindset, and ability to develop strong relationships will be critical in achieving our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals within the district, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet and exceed performance targets.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and programs to drive revenue growth and capture new market opportunities.
3. Maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and industry trends to identify market needs and capitalize on untapped areas of growth.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, influencers, and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and maximize sales opportunities.
5. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert product knowledge and tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
6. Monitor and analyze sales metrics, market trends, and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to align sales activities with overall business objectives.
8. Develop and maintain annual sales budgets, analyzing performance against targets, and implementing corrective strategies as needed.
9. Stay abreast of industry regulations, compliance guidelines, and ethical standards, ensuring full compliance within the district's sales operations.
10. Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that celebrates diversity and promotes professional growth.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
2. Proven track record of 12 to 18 years of successful sales experience, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role.
3. Strong knowledge and understanding of the (industry/sector) market, including key competitors, trends, and customer needs.
4. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
6. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities to identify market opportunities, drive revenue growth, and make data-driven decisions.
7. Extensive experience in sales planning, forecasting, and budgeting, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on goal achievement.
9. A self-starter with strong initiative and a results-oriented mindset, always seeking new ways to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
10. High ethical standards, with a commitment to compliance and professional integrity.
