Demand Generation Manager

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, the Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for driving the creation, execution, and optimization of our integrated demand generation strategy to generate qualified leads and accounts, optimize funnel conversions, and contribute to pipeline and revenue growth. You will work cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, and innovation teams to understand our solutions, services, audiences, and positioning to acquire new customers and accelerate the buyer's journey through email nurturing, content, website personalization, targeted programs, etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute outbound email campaigns for target audiences including layout of compelling content created by the content team, and analysis of campaign performance. Establish best practices for outbound email technical setup, deliverability, and tracking. Nurture marketing qualified leads to convert them into sales-ready opportunities.
· Inbound Marketing: Assisting with routing inbound leads, managing lead flow to sales, and
ensuring timely follow-ups and reporting.
- CRM: Leveraging CRM systems to manage customer data, segment ideal customer profiles into campaign audiences, build and automate targeted prospecting lists, analyze prospect behavior, and support marketing efforts with data-driven insights.
- Work with SalesOps to understand upcoming business opportunities and competitive battle plans to execute strategic campaigns for pipeline growth.
· Regularly monitor and manage the updating of information related to leads, contacts,
accounts and account hierarchies in order to maintain clean and appropriately structured
database records.
- Oversee the Inside Sales process through the management of targeted campaigns, sales enablement and outbound agency partner.
- Work closely with the Partner Marketing leader to ensure your activities can also support the growth of our partner channel and use of partner MDF.
- Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue. The role collaborates closely with the rest of the Marketing team, especially BDR and Sales teams to drive consistency and scale across our approach, with a relentless focus on delivering the pipeline needed to generate new revenue. Be a trusted partner and foster strong working relationships with Sales teams to ensure activities are delivering on sales objectives. Understand territory plans and align marketing activities to these. Should have knowledge of the complete sales life cycle process from prospecting to close.
About you:
You are an experienced, data-driven marketer with a proven record of developing high-performing, integrated, marketing programs in a matrixed, international B2B marketing organization. You are a master orchestrator, with a rigorous focus on measurement and business impact. You have a broad enterprise B2B marketing background, with deep understanding of what channels to use, when to use them, and how to measure them. Additionally, this role should be customer obsessed, with deep curiosity about the audience and their journey - surprising and delighting their audiences at every step of the way. Last, you should bring extensive experience in marketing and selling enterprise technology services and solutions to large, complex organizations.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- At least 5 years of experience owning top of funnel lead generation including developing, deploying, and managing outbound email campaigns
· Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
- Experience assessing performance and pivoting in real-time for better outcomes
- Proficient in CRM and marketing automation and prospecting tools such as Hubspot and Demandbase.
Office Location: Hebbal, Bangalore
Shift Time: 2 pm to 11pm
