JD – Reselling | 4–5 yrs exp Customer Success Manager – Software Reselling (4–5 years experience) The CSM – License Reseller will play an important role in selecting, managing, and building an Atlassian and Dev Ops tools reseller community to generate revenue and expand Enreap's license coverage. The successful candidate will be dynamic and entrepreneurial in this growth opportunity, working closely with sales enablement, marketing, IT services, accounts, inside sales, and other internal ecosystem colleagues including OEMs and partners. The BDM will be responsible for driving sales within Enreap’s License Reselling BU. Summary: • 4–5 years of successful Enterprise Software sales, Alliances, and/or Channels experience. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and MBA/PGDM or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Proven track record of independently generating and reselling business revenue of minimum 1 M USD. • Strong relationship-oriented selling, with focus on cross-sell and upsell opportunities. • Confidence and ability to engage with C-Level executives, Procurement teams, Direct clients, and BD Heads/Partners in global organizations. • Experienced in selling across verticals like Financial Services, Hi-tech, Retail, CPG, and Manufacturing. Responsibilities & Deliverables: • Explore potential business deals by contacting prospects; identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities. • Create and execute a business development strategy for markets supported specifically within Atlassian and Dev Ops tools. • Work effectively with Account Managers, Finance, and Operations teams. • Develop negotiating strategies; assess risks and opportunities; estimate customer needs and goals • Manage end-to-end cross-functional ownership of reselling business, from lead generation to transaction closure. • Work towards Gross Margin as well as Revenue targets. • Lead Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for reselling transactions. • Drive the development and presentation of solutions/proposals. • Operate effectively in a matrix sales organization. • Partner, collaborate, and realize value by working with other sellers in targeted customer segments. • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; negotiate and integrate contracts into operations. • Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third-party partners. • Work closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders. Required Skills and Experience: • Ability to build and deliver compelling value propositions. • Proven track record of successful quota attainment in sales or channel sales, with measurable partner influence. • Experience in managing Software Licensing business. • Direct account handling experience is a must. • Working knowledge of Atlassian will be an advantage. • Team-oriented with a strong ability to collaborate across functions and organizations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong relationship-building ability with executives internally and externally. • Results-driven professional with a growth mindset, comfortable working under resource constraints, competing priorities, and aggressive timelines.
