Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager, located in Pune. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and using analytical skills to evaluate and address customer needs. The role also involves communicating with customers to understand their requirements and ensuring that the solutions provided align with their business objectives. Total Experience Needed: 2+ Years in the same function Qualifications Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention Strong Relationship Building and Customer Service skills Analytical Skills to evaluate and address customer needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
