Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager based in Bengaluru South. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering tailored solutions. Daily tasks include providing technical support, conducting customer training sessions, identifying opportunities for upselling, and collaborating with sales and technical teams to resolve any customer issues.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer relationship management and client communication skills
  • Technical support and training experience in engineering software solutions
  • Proficiency in product lifecycle management and project management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries effectively
  • Experience with Siemens Industry Software, ANSYS, or similar engineering applications is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
