Excellent negotiation skills that ensure favorable outcomes for both the company and the client. Competency in market analysis to understand competitor offerings and market dynamics. Experience in solution selling and tailoring sales strategies to meet client needs effectively. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets. Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to enhance their performance and professional growth. Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and business retention. Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and assess market trends. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies aimed at increasing product awareness. Prepare and present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Address and resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service issues in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and ensure data integrity in the CRM system.
