Overview:Serve as a strategic HR consultant for India Operations, covering Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement. Partner with functional leadership to drive organizational development, workforce planning, change management, employee relations, and talent management to achieve a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities:Coach leaders on people strategies and resolve complex HR issues.Support strategic HR direction, backed by data-driven insights.Influence and build trust with senior leaders.Provide expert advice across the employee lifecycle.Manage client relationships and negotiations effectively.Navigate cultural change and work within a matrixed organizational structure.Apply strong knowledge of labor laws and employee relations.

Required Expertise:7-10 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Experience in global/multinational and matrixed organizations.Strong ER/IR knowledge and project management skills.Proficiency in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Expertise:Familiarity with data tools like Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, and advanced Excel.Experience in consulting and facilitation.

Education:Full Time MBA in HR
