Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.


Timings - 10 AM to 7 PM Mon to Friday

This is a full-time work from office position.


Responsibilities

  • Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage payroll and benefits for employees.
  • Work actively on preparing accurate Job Descriptions for openings at the company.
  • Manage and maintain all company job listings on various hiring platforms.
  • Schedule and Conduct interviews as and when required for various levels of hiring.
  • Experience in Non-tech hiring is a plus
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for the company- sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding candidates for various tech and non-tech roles.
  • Carry out employment verification and background checks for new hires.
  • Manage HR Documentation and assist in carrying out company procedures.
  • Organize employee engagement and development programs.
  • Be the point of contact for employees and respond to queries within the company.


RequirementsRequirements
  • A minimum of 1 to 4 years of previous internship/full-time experience working in Human Resources.
  • Good knowledge of G-Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Empathetic approach and attention to detail.
  • Passion to create a diverse and equitable workspace.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 2+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgment
