Training Manager

We have an urgent opening for Training Manager role with a leading pharma company based at Mumbai. The incumbent will drive development and execution of effective training programs that enhance employee skills and align with the company’s goals. This role focuses on creating a learning culture, delivering training, and ensuring continuous improvement in employee performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Training Needs Analysis:Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training needs across functions.Conduct regular assessments to address skill gaps and competency development.
Training Program Design and DeliveryDevelop and implement training modules tailored to various roles and levels within the organization.Facilitate workshops, classroom training, and on-the-job training sessions as required.
Content Development:Create training materials, manuals, e-learning modules, and presentations in alignment with corporate objectives.Ensure content is up-to-date, engaging, and compliant with regulatory and pharmaceutical industry standards.
Performance Monitoring and Evaluation:Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Compliance and Industry Alignment:Ensure training programs adhere to pharmaceutical regulations and best practices.Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and compliance Requirements.
Key Skills and Competencies:Strong understanding of learning and development frameworks.Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.Analytical mindset to assess training needs and outcomes effectively.Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and digital tools.Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry practices and regulations (preferred).
Criteria:Need candidates having pharmacy background (B.Pharm/M.Pharm) with minimum 4-5 years of work experience in sales training with top pharmaceutical companies only. Candidates changing jobs frequently or having experience more than 15 years shouldn't apply.
