Role Summary:We are seeking an experienced
Senior Manager - Sales
with a proven track record in
luxury residential real estate sales . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the luxury market, customer behavior, and high-value deal closures. This role involves driving sales performance, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across all stages of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Process Perspective:Sales Strategy Implementation:Execute and adapt sales strategies for luxury residential projects in alignment with company objectives.Develop and monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded.CRM Management:Oversee accurate data entry and management in the CRM system.Track leads, customer interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups for higher conversions.Collaboration with Internal Teams:Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and project teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.Coordinate with legal, finance, and post-sales teams for documentation, agreements, and compliance.Process Optimization:Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements for enhanced productivity and customer satisfaction.
Financial Perspective:Revenue Generation:Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for luxury residential projects.Analyze market trends and competitive pricing to maximize profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.Budget Management:Ensure effective utilization of resources and budgets allocated for sales activities.Collaborate with finance teams for payment collections, timely invoicing, and tracking of receivables.Customer Perspective:Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.Offer personalized solutions to meet client expectations for luxury residential properties.Client Engagement:Conduct property walkthroughs, presentations, and one-on-one meetings to highlight the unique value proposition of projects.Proactively address and resolve client queries and concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.Market Intelligence:Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to refine sales approaches.
People Perspective:Team Leadership and Training:Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to achieve high performance and customer excellence.Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.Stakeholder Management:Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project sales goals.Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:Education:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience:10+ years of experience in luxury residential real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Proven success in handling high-value clients and closing deals for premium residential projects.Technical Skills:Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and market analysis tools.Strong understanding of real estate regulations, RERA compliance, and documentation processes.Soft Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
