Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Client Success Manager & Business Analyst (CSM–BA) who will manage and grow existing client accounts while acting as a strategic bridge between clients and technical teams.

This is a hybrid role combining sales-driven client success with business analysis. You will:

  • Drive upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities within client accounts.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into actionable project scopes.
  • Work with Project Managers and Technical Leads to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring both commercial and technical success.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Success & Account Growth

  • Own and manage relationships with assigned client accounts.
  • Drive revenue growth via upselling, cross-selling, and expansion into new areas.
  • Present new technologies, features, and enhancements that align with client goals.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing models, and contracts for new initiatives.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts.
  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive measures for retention and growth.

Business Analysis & Solution Scoping

  • Engage with clients to gather, document, and analyze requirements.
  • Convert business challenges into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers & Technical Leads to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Conduct requirement workshops, user story mapping, and process analysis.
  • Ensure clear communication between clients and internal delivery teams.
  • Support in preparing SOWs (Statements of Work), BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), and wireframes/mockups when needed.
  • Validate deliverables against client requirements to ensure quality and alignment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of combined experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Business Analysis within IT services or SaaS.
  • Proven sales record with ability to hit upsell/revenue targets.
  • Strong background in requirement gathering, documentation, and client communication.
  • Good understanding of software technologies (Python, Django, Cloud, AI, SaaS, Web & Mobile Development, etc.).
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work with C-level executives, procurement, and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
