Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager Location: Bengaluru Experience: 3 to 8 Years Industry: Packaging Procurement / B2 B Commerce / Supply Chain CTC: ₹7 to ₹10 LPA About Deal Berg: Deal Berg is a fast-scaling B2 B procurement platform focused on transforming how businesses source materials. With a tech-driven and customer-first approach, we enable enterprises to optimize procurement through cost-efficiency, reliable supply chains, and deep industry partnerships. Role Overview: We are seeking a sharp, results-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth in the packaging procurement domain. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and converting enterprise customers, working closely with internal stakeholders—including the Account Management team—for smooth on-boarding and sustained engagement. Key Responsibilities: Acquire and manage enterprise & mid-market clients across FMCG, Q-Commerce, F& B, D2 C, Logistics, and E-commerce sectors. Own the full BD cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure. Maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, pricing, and operations for seamless deal execution. Provide market insights and client feedback to align product offerings. Ensure smooth handover to Account Management for client retention and delivery. --- Key Requirements: 3–8 years of B2 B sales experience in packaging, procurement, or related sectors. Strong understanding of packaging SKUs and enterprise buying behavior. Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills. Proven ability to independently manage sales funnels and meet targets. Prior experience with procurement industry will be highly preferred.
