The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive business growth. The role involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales presentations, leading negotiations, and ensuring client satisfaction. The manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company goals.QualificationsExperience in business development, sales, and client relationship managementStrong analytical skills and experience in market analysisExcellent negotiation and communication skillsAbility to develop and implement strategic growth plansProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growthBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotelyExperience in the Consulting, HR Tech, B2B SaaS, Executive Search & Recruitment industry is a plus
