Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader Sales - Real Estate, located in Mumbai. The Team Leader Sales will be responsible for managing and leading a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, managing property listings, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Team Management and leadership skills
- Strong Sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Analytical Skills and ability to conduct market research
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
