Scopeof therole
Asa Performance Marketing Manager you will develop and implementcomprehensive digital advertising strategies across various GoogleAds platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in maximizing ROImanaging budgets effectively and continuously optimizing campaignperformance. You'll collaborate with internal teams tocreate impactful ads and landing pages while staying ahead ofindustry trends to leverage the latest features andopportunities.

DutiesandResponsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute digital advertisingstrategies on Google Ads platforms including Search Display DemandGeneration andYouTube.
  • Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct thorough keywordresearch craft compelling ad copy and optimize campaigns tomaximize ROI and achieve performancegoals.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets acrosscampaigns and channels to ensure optimalperformance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to developcreative assets and landing pages optimized forconversion.
  • Innovation & Testing: Continuously test new ideas adformats and targeting strategies to drive innovation and improvecampaignperformance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze key metrics and provide actionableinsights to optimize performance and meet dailyKPIs.
  • Stay Updated: Keep uptodate with industry trends best practices andplatform updates to ensure campaigns leverage the latestfeatures.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Work with external partners and vendors toexecute campaigns efficiently andeffectively.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing Advertising or arelatedfield.
  • Experience: 35 years of experience managing Google PerformanceMarketing campaigns across Google Search Display Meta andYouTube.
  • Proficiency: Indepth knowledge of the Google Ads platform includingcampaign setup optimization andreporting.
  • Demand Generation: Experience with Demand Generation is aplus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and deriveactionableinsights.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills towork effectively in a teamenvironment.
  • Track Record: Proven success in driving results and achievingperformance goals in digital advertisingcampaigns.
  • DetailOriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability tomanage multiple projectssimultaneously.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in advertising forhealthcarerelated campaigns ispreferred.
