YourRoleAs a PerformanceMarketing Manager you will spearhead our marketing efforts toensure our content reaches the ears it deserves. With a focus ondriving awareness traffic acquisitions and conversions you ll be atthe helm of creating and implementing cuttingedge performancemarketing strategies. Your leadership will guide a team ofspecialists across various channels including Paid Search PaidSocial and Programmatic Native to name afew.
Responsibilities
  • Developand execute a comprehensive performance marketingstrategy.
  • Lead adynamic team fostering growth and innovation across all performancemarketingchannels.
  • Managesignificant monthly budgets optimizing for impactful customeracquisition andconversions.
  • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including Product Analytics Design andContent Marketing to enhance campaign effectiveness andefficiency.
  • Establishand monitor key performance indicators aligning with the companysgrowth objectives and operationalgoals.
  • Maintain robustrelationships with internal stakeholders (Promo Writers VO and BGMartist Video Editors and management) and external agencies ensuringseamless campaignexecution.
  • Innovateand optimize marketing budgets for maximal impact across differentmarkets.

Qualifications&Skills
  • 38years of experience in PerformanceMarketing and with 23 years inOTT industry.
  • Previous leadershipexperience having managed highperforming teams in fastpacedenvironments.
  • Proficiencyin DV360 and other ProgrammaticDSPs.
  • Demonstratedexpertise in handling multimillion dollar marketingbudgets.
  • Stronganalytical skills capable of turning complex data sets intoactionableinsights.
  • Indepthknowledge of digital marketing principles trends and bestpractices.
  • Proficiencyin analytics and MarTech tools such as AppsFlyer/Singular GoogleAnalytics Firebase andmore.
  • Excellentstakeholder management and collaborationskills.
  • A proactiveapproach with a passion for growth and performancemarketing.
