Executive Assistant to Director

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Handle correspondence and communications, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries on behalf of the Director.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Provide high-level administrative support such as drafting letters, managing files, and processing expense reports.
- Anticipate the Director's needs and proactively provide support to ensure smooth functioning.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive or strategic information.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Support in decision-making by providing timely and accurate information.
Required Skills :
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and report preparation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to represent the Director in meetings or external interactions.
- Comfortable with frequent business travel, both within and outside the city.
- Ability to work under pressure with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Preferred background/experience in the Women's Apparel / Fashion / Textile industry.

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
