Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning and succession planning initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related matters. The Successful Applicant A successful VP - Talent Management, Employee Relations, and Employee Experience should have: Postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources or a related field. Proven expertise in talent management, employee relations, and employee engagement strategies. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices. Ability to lead diverse teams and foster a culture of collaboration. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
