Employee Relations Executive

Talent acquisition - Sourcing and recruiting.
Recruitment and Induction - Manage the recruitment and onboarding process.
Attendance & Payroll - Salary processing. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Develop and implement Policies - Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Employee engagement - support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Performance Management - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Grievance Handling & Employee Retention - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Training & Development
MIS - Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Legal compliances - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
