Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Ticketing Manager. The Ticketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing ticket sales and operations, managing communication with customers, and handling event ticketing. The role requires strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Ticket Sales and Ticket Operations skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in event ticketing
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Knowledge of air ticketing in Domestic & International
- Knowledge of reissue and refund (GDS & LCC airline)
- Should have been worked on airline & supplier portals.
- Knowledge of Fare calculations and group reservations will be an added advantage.
- Should be comfortable in handling corporate inquiry.
- Experience on CRS (Amadeus / Galileo)
- Candidate must be from Travel background and experience in Ticketing.
- IATA certification will be considered as added advantage.
