Role Description

The Key Account Manager of ecommerce is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of a retailer’s online sales and digital presence. The Ecommerce -KAM is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. This includes managing the ecommerce website, driving traffic and sales, managing customer experience, and leading the ecommerce team. Some of the key responsibilities of a Key Account Manager of ecommerce.

 

Qualifications

  • The Key account manager of ecommerce is responsible for leading the ecommerce team, including hiring and training staff, setting performance goals, and managing budgets.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyse e-commerce data and make informed decisions.
  • Customer Service and Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and respond to their queries and concerns.
  • E-commerce and Sales: Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and sales strategies
  • Experience in managing and optimizing e-commerce campaigns and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creating and managing listings on various marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Ajio, Tata Cliq, and Shopify, including the addition of videos.
  • Addition of bullet points, titles with relevant keywords for Amazon
  • Conducting regular hygiene checks to identify and address any gaps in listings, as well as making content-related corrections such as optimizing titles, specifications, and imagery.
  • Implementing marketing strategies for the marketplace by monitoring marketing properties and analysing metrics for future enhancements.
  • Executing product and catalog shoots as per the e-commerce requirements.
  • Updating prices, discounts, and managing deals and coupons on Amazon.
  • Ensuring timely updates on brand stores, A+ content, and other relevant information.
  • Coordinating with the agency responsible for Amazon Ads, consistently providing them with necessary content, information, and identifying gaps in advertisements.
  • Generating Reports: Listing reports to check any listing gaps, sale & ad reports.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant field
  • Experience in the fashion or Ecommerce industry is a must
  • Candidates should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in ecommerce, with a track record of driving sales and increasing revenue.
