
Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our real estate team. Candidates with a minimum of 1 year experience in real estate sales/business development are preferred, however freshers with strong interest and aptitude in sales are also welcome to apply. The role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales and rentals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial real estate.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, investors, and channel partners.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and property listings.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and share regular updates with management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients.
- Good understanding of the real estate market (preferred, but not mandatory for freshers).
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales/business development preferred.
- Freshers with strong passion for sales and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
