Position Details

Role: Business Development Representative
Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients across target industries and geographies.
  • Generate qualified leads via outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and networking.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and position outsourcing solutions.
  • Maintain and manage a sales pipeline in CRM with timely follow-ups.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs (qualified leads, meetings set, cold calls).

Experience Required:

  • 2-4 years in sales/business development within outsourcing or professional services.
  • Prior experience in fast-growing outsourcing companies is preferred.
