The Business Development Representative will be in charge of seeking and adding new businesses by generating leads, prospecting, and establishing communications with prospective clients.

  • Develop strategies in lead generation and client prospecting.
  • Establish, maintain, and manage the leads/clients database.
  • Reach out, establish, and maintain communication with prospective clients.
  • Represent and advocate for different Services to new and existing clients.
  • Help prospective clients identify their needs, and offer solutions accordingly.
  • Generate at least 50 unique leads every day.
  • Make at least 100 outreach attempts per day.
  • Follow-up on inquiries from the website and other social media channels.
  • Help prospective clients set up a meeting with our closers.
  • Help manage social media accounts, as it relates to business development tasks.
  • Work with the management and the marketing team in developing effective promotional and educational materials for existing and prospective clients.
  • Travel to professional gathers, and represent Services, as needed.
  • Other relevant tasks, relevant to Business Development, as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in lead generation.
  • At least two years of experience in cold-calling in marketing and sales.
  • Driven and warm personality.
  • Experience with CRM software is highly preferred.
  • Excellent and effective communication skills.
