
Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative will be in charge of seeking and adding new businesses by generating leads, prospecting, and establishing communications with prospective clients.
- Develop strategies in lead generation and client prospecting.
- Establish, maintain, and manage the leads/clients database.
- Reach out, establish, and maintain communication with prospective clients.
- Represent and advocate for different Services to new and existing clients.
- Help prospective clients identify their needs, and offer solutions accordingly.
- Generate at least 50 unique leads every day.
- Make at least 100 outreach attempts per day.
- Follow-up on inquiries from the website and other social media channels.
- Help prospective clients set up a meeting with our closers.
- Help manage social media accounts, as it relates to business development tasks.
- Work with the management and the marketing team in developing effective promotional and educational materials for existing and prospective clients.
- Travel to professional gathers, and represent Services, as needed.
- Other relevant tasks, relevant to Business Development, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in lead generation.
- At least two years of experience in cold-calling in marketing and sales.
- Driven and warm personality.
- Experience with CRM software is highly preferred.
- Excellent and effective communication skills.
