As they continue to expand their markets in Drug Discovery & Research Services, they are looking for a full-time Presales Assistant Manager in Business Development to join their team in Hyderabad.
Mithros Chemicals is a service provider for contract synthesis with its laboratories located at IDA Mallapur and its administrative office located at Madhapur. Mithros nurtures an environment for innovation with excellent facilities and support services. Onsite analytical facilities like a 300 MHz NMR, LCMS, HPLC, GC, FTIR and Polari meter are also available, enabling quick data analysis and timely delivery of contracts.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Presales Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in driving lead generation and sales support within the CRO (Contract Research Organization) industry. You will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and collaborating with our Business Development Managers in Europe to support sales efforts.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Conduct in-depth desktop research within defined business areas and market segments.
· Identify potential clients and establish first contacts (cold contact)
· Generate a steady flow of qualified leads, ensuring the sales pipeline meets KPIs and growth targets.
· Closely Co-Operate with BD managers in Europe.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Excellent command of English, written and spoken
· M.Sc. (organic) chemistry
· High level of accuracy when handling data
· At least 2 years proven success in a chemistry CRO in a similar role
· Market research skills, experience with investigating and harvesting relevant business databases
· Front End Sales skills
· Proficiency with a major CRM tool
· Proficiency with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and similar tools
· Proficiency in Working within a professional company’s IT infrastructure
· Routinely Exceeding set KPIs and Goals
Personal Skills:
· Self-starter and go-getter with an outgoing personality
· “Out-of-the-box” thinking and an aptitude for creativity and problem-solving
