Head of Sales
Für ein mittelständiges Unternehmen im Bereich Food suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen
Zeitpunkt einen Head of Sales. Das Unternehmen investiert stark in Digitalisierung und
weiteres Wachstum. Der Head of Sales verantwortet die Bereiche Sales und Marketing,
berichtet direkt an die Geschäftsführung und führt vier Mitarbeiter in direkter Berichtslinie
sowie indirekt 20 Mitarbeiter.
Ihre Aufgaben:
Ambitionierte Weiterentwicklung von Vertrieb und Marketing zur Umsatzsteigerung
Definition und Implementierung der Vertriebsprozesse im CRM-Tool
Schulung, Coaching und Motivation der Mitarbeiter
Einführung des täglichen Leistungsdialogs mit den Vertriebsteams
Ausbau des Vertriebscontrollings und der Provisionsstruktur
Requirements Ihr Profil:
Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Vertriebsleiter
Referenzen zu signifikanter Umsatzsteigerung
Expertise im Aufbau von Telefon-Akquise-Teams
Idealerweise: Erfahrung in schnell wachsenden Digital-Unternehmen
Idealerweise: Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelindustrie
