Job Title: Sales Recruiter & Customer Relationship Manager Location: Noida (100% Onsite) Experience Required: 4-9 Years Shift: Night Shift Preference: Female candidates preferred (Local candidates only) Immediate joiners preferred Position Overview We are looking for an experienced professional who can manage both sales recruitment and customer relationship responsibilities . The role requires strong communication, structured coordination, and the ability to manage candidate pipelines while maintaining long-term relationships with clients. This position is fully onsite in Noida. Key Responsibilities • Managed client accounts as the primary point of contact for queries, issues, and service follow-ups. • Built and maintained long-term relationships to support customer satisfaction and retention. • Understood client requirements and coordinated with internal teams to ensure accurate delivery of expectations. • Maintained detailed documentation of customer interactions, service updates, and feedback through CRM tools. • Analyzed customer data to identify process gaps and suggested improvements. • Handled escalations professionally and ensured timely resolution. Sales Recruitment Responsibilities • Managed end-to-end recruitment for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and shortlisting profiles. • Coordinated interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication throughout the hiring cycle. • Created and maintained a structured pipeline of qualified sales candidates for ongoing and future requirements. • Engaged with candidates to assess communication skills, sales aptitude, and role alignment. • Provided timely updates to hiring managers and ensured alignment with manpower needs. • Maintained accurate recruitment records, status reports, and hiring documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum 4 years of experience in CRM, sales recruitment, or similar client-facing and talent acquisition roles. • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats. • Strong interpersonal, evaluation, and problem-solving skills. • Experience using CRM tools, recruitment platforms, and MS Office. • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and maintain structured workflows. • Professional approach with a customer-centric mindset. • Comfortable working independently in a fully onsite environment.
