Attitude & Mindset:- Agile & Ready to work in Dynamic Environment- Identify Areas of improvement and build processes around it.- Entrepreneurial Go getter attitude- Understand Team dynamics to work in tandem- Not a corporate cushion- Love Sales, Accept Rejections and Highly Disciplined.- Build First attitude

Consideration :- 12 LPA (Fixed + Variable)- 3 months Probation (no variable during probation)- Wealth Share Scheme- 5 Days work week- 4 Days work week ( Last week of every month)- Flexible Timings

Target & Work Expectation:- Build an efficient Funnel for assigned Startup Portco- Know well about the startup product, promote on social channels- Chance to manage P&L of the assigned Startup with add-on incentive on top of basic consideration.- Manage, Strategize & Execute Prospecting to Appointment Setting Lifecycle- Partner up with Startup Portco and join in as AE to help take the sale forward.- GP will award a gratitude token for every successful sale.- Weekly, Monthly MIS for the client and company- ₹ 3.5 to 4 Cr of annual Sale target based on Product, Ticket size etc.
