  • - Not a corporate cushion
  • - Love Sales, Accept Rejections and Highly Disciplined.
  • - Build First attitude

Consideration:
  • - 12 LPA (Fixed + Variable)
  • - 3 months Probation (no variable during probation)
  • - Wealth Share Scheme
  • - 5 Days work week
  • - 4 Days work week ( Last week of every month)
  • - Flexible Timings

Target & Work Expectation:
  • - Build an efficient Funnel for assigned Startup Portco
  • - Know well about the startup product, promote on social channels
  • - Chance to manage P&L of the assigned Startup with add-on incentive on top of basic consideration.
  • - Manage, Strategize & Execute Prospecting to Appointment Setting Lifecycle
  • - Partner up with Startup Portco and join in as AE to help take the sale forward.
  • - GP will award a gratitude token for every successful sale.
  • - Weekly, Monthly MIS for the client and company
  • - ₹ 3.5 to 4 Cr of annual Sale target based on Product, Ticket size etc.
