Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager/ Business Manager to lead and coordinate our lounge access via app initiatives. This role involves managing relationships with external partners, overseeing feature development for lounge services, and ensuring timely execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, good understanding of technology, excellent communication abilities, and experience in B2C Fintech/ technology companies.
Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary business point of contact for external partners, including payment providers and lounge operators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business teams of various lounge partners.
- Collaborate with banks and network partners to facilitate discussions and agreements.
Project Coordination:
- Work closely with the internal product and development teams to ensure seamless execution of lounge access features.
- Oversee the development and launch of new features on our app related to lounge access and sales.
- Ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet established timelines.
Operational Oversight:
- Manage operational tasks related to deployment and go-live processes for lounge access solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address any operational challenges and implement solutions.
Contracting and Negotiations:
- Assist in contract discussions with external partners, ensuring terms align with company objectives.
- Liaise with legal and compliance teams to facilitate the contracting process.
Reporting
: Preparing management reports, MIS reports, etc.
Ad-hoc work
: Assist in any other ad-hoc/ operational work as may be required
Experience and Skills
- MBA with 5+ years of experience
- Experience working in Credit Card Industry/ Banking/ fintech companies/ start-ups
- Strong project management skills
