Job Title: Admin Officer

Purpose of Role

To manage day-to-day administration of the corporate office, including documentation, office supplies, facilities upkeep (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and maintenance), and vendor coordination, ensuring smooth operations and a professional work environment.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

  • Maintain office documentation, records, and correspondence systematically.
  • Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Oversee routine maintenance of facilities (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, furniture, etc.).
  • Coordinate with external vendors/service providers for timely office repairs and services.
  • Support logistics for meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
  • Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of all common areas.
  • Assist HR/Admin team in compliance records, visitor management, and staff support.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Timely resolution of office maintenance and facility-related issues.
  • Zero shortages or delays in office supplies procurement.
  • Accuracy and completeness of documentation and record management.
  • Cost efficiency in administration and maintenance expenditures.
  • Smooth execution of corporate meetings and events with timely logistical support.
  • Positive employee feedback regarding office facilities and administrative support.
  • Compliance-related records and registers maintained without errors.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in office administration, facility management, or general admin support.
  • Familiarity with basic maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, electrical) to supervise vendors.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and local language.
