Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales targets in the paint industry. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets in the paint industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand market share
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Provide product knowledge and training to customers to enhance their understanding and value perception
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events to network and showcase company products
