Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Lead, located in Gurgaon. The Business Development Lead will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategies for market growth, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery. Daily tasks include conducting market research, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and tracking sales performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Data Analysis
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Team Collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience in the telecom or IT industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
