Team Lead – International Business Development
to help us expand globally and own high-value client relationships.

Role Description
- Lead and manage a team of business development professionals.
- Drive international sales growth in the fast-paced AdTech & Digital Advertising industry.
- Work with clients across the US, UK, and SEA markets
- Pitch AdSynergix solutions to brands, agencies, and performance marketers
- Handle accounts end-to-end — from onboarding to execution
- Collaborate with AdOps and campaign teams to ensure client success
- Be the face of AdSynergix in client meetings and strategy calls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute revenue-driven strategies.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in AdTech, digital agencies, or media sales
- Proven ability to pitch and manage international clients
- Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with programmatic platforms, media buying, or performance marketing
- Prior experience managing a team.
