is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales for Microsoft solutions (Azure, SharePoint, Dynamics etc.). The ideal candidate will drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting and generating leads to closing deals—while building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Sales:

Prospect new business and qualify leads to drive Microsoft solutions sales.Client Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, IT Directors) to understand business needs and present customized Microsoft solutions.Solution Selling:

Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored proposals, conduct demos, and deliver value-driven presentations.Negotiation & Closing:

Manage sales negotiations, finalize contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Visiting clients and closing the deals.Market Awareness:
