We are hiring for ServiceNow Presales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Lead detailed discovery sessions to understand the customer’s business requirements and pain points.

Develop and present customized ServiceNow demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of the platform.

Serve as the technical expert in ServiceNow during the sales process, addressing and overcoming technical objections from stakeholders.

Collaborate with sales teams to craft proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of ServiceNow solutions tailored to customer needs.

Prepare and provide documentation that supports the proposed solutions, including business cases, project scopes, and technical requirements.

Assist in developing sales strategies and solutions that have a high likelihood of closing by aligning closely with the potential client’s objectives and requirements.

Equip the sales team with the necessary technical knowledge and sales materials to improve their sales pitches.

Keep abreast of ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices to stay competitive and inform the sales team of relevant changes.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both within and outside the organization to ensure a smooth sales process.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

6 to 7 years of experience in IT service management, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow solutions.

Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, with certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.

Proven track record of successful presales activities in a similar technology.

Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose and defend solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with minimal supervision.

Desirable Skills:

Experience with IT operations management (ITOM) and IT business management (ITBM) solutions.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
