**_In this role, your primary responsibility will be to support the Sales team during the sales cycle, demonstrating the various modules of the ServiceNow platform to prospective customers on a very deep technical level. The role will also involve designing the architecture for solutions built in ServiceNow, selecting the most appropriate modules from the Now platform for each use case, building and demonstrating of custom presentations, holding workshops, and running short proof of concept programs._**

**_ Role & Responsibilities_**:**_ _**
- **_Assist the Sales personnel in the qualification of customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis._**

**_ _**
- **_Assess the customer's strategic needs, uncover business requirements, and determine the gaps between business requirements and product functionality._**

**_ _**
- **_Gather the appropriate information to generate proposals with the right service components, pricing, and assumptions._**

**_ _**
- **_Evaluate ServiceNow products and solutions that might improve or enhance services provided._**

**_ _**
- **_Understand business and technical problems addressed by the proposed solutions, including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security, etc._**

- **_Produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation, outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using ServiceNow._**

**_ _**
- **_Hands-on experience creating demos, and ability to demonstrate ServiceNow products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge._**

**_ Qualifications we seek in you_**:**_ _**_Minimum Qualifications_**_ _**
- **_Relevant experience in the IT industry_**

**_ _**
- **_Technical experience with the ServiceNow platform_**

**_ _**
- **_Worked in presales environments with experience on large scale ServiceNow bids_**

**_ _**
- **_Experience supporting a Sales team to win new business in new and existing accounts_**

**_ _**
- **_Excellent customer facing, presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)_**

**_ _**
- **_Good business analysis and requirements analysis skills_**

**_ _**
- **_Must be able to work as part of a small team with mínimal day-to-day supervision_**

- **_Travel availability up to forty percentage_**
