What success looks like in this role:
The incumbent will perform the following duties:
• Contribute to functional and technical workshops with business stakeholders to gather business requirements and understand their needs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for ServiceNow developers.
• Support all other Project stakeholders in the design, configure ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure project alignment.
• Review and understand business context, propose standardized or customized ESM solutions fitting requirements
• Contribute to support pre-sales, as and when required
• Support innovation topics to leverage the value delivered by or through UNICC for ServiceNow solutions • Excellent knowledge of best practices around SIM Methodology
• Ability to be objective in evaluating solutions and making recommendation
• Provide other ad hoc support either within your team or in other teams as required – this includes the participation in special projects or support to service delivery for short period of time on a part-time or full time basis upon request from the senior management Profile
Required Technical Skills:
The resource MUST have the following skills and experience:
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the provision of ServiceNow services, with hands-on services management and project management experience, preferably in an international setting
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities
• Experience in ServiceNow ITSM, HR or CSM suite
• Experience with IT project and service management practices, standards, frameworks, methodologies and best practices such as ITIL, PMI, PRINCE 2
• English: Expert knowledge is required

• Additional ServiceNow certifications are desirable • Proven Presales skills and customer-centric approach
