Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Zoho Developer with strong expertise in customizing and automating Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho People. The candidate will be responsible for developing tailored solutions, workflows, and integrations that enhance efficiency across sales, finance, inventory, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customize Zoho CRM (modules, workflows, blueprints, scoring rules, automation, reports, dashboards).
  • Configure and customize Zoho Books (invoicing, billing, Tally integration, financial workflows, reports).
  • Set up and automate Zoho Inventory (stock management, warehouse sync, order management, e-commerce/Amazon integration).
  • Customize Zoho People (attendance, leave, performance management, HR workflows).
  • Develop custom applications and workflows in Zoho Creator to support business processes.
  • Write Deluge scripts to build advanced automations and functions across apps.
  • Implement and manage Zoho Flow / API integrations with third-party systems.
  • Build advanced reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics to support business decisions.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation for Zoho systems.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and translate them into Zoho solutions.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • 2+ years proven experience as a Zoho Developer.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on customization experience in Zoho CRM, Books, Inventory, and People.
  • Proficiency in Deluge scripting and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with Zoho Creator for app development.
  • Experience in API integrations and Zoho Flow automation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Zoho Analytics for reporting.
  • Knowledge of accounting/inventory systems (Tally, QuickBooks, ERP).
  • Zoho certifications will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹70,000.00 per month
