Position: Operations Executive (Marketing)

Location: Astra Tower, Action Area II, Akankha more, Newtown

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Eight (8) hours

Working Days:

6 days [Sunday to Saturday (one day week off between Monday to Friday)]

Salary: 12, ,000 [Based on the performance]

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with PG owners and tenants.
  • Manage onboarding of new PGs, including verification of amenities and documentation.
  • Ensure smooth digital operations on PGVibes platform, including payment collection and issue resolution.
  • Handle tenant queries and provide timely support.
  • Making outbound calls for sourcing new PG listings.
  • Coordinate with the Group-D Staffs for service management (cleaning, repairs, security, etc.).
  • Generate leads and convert them into successful PG partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline; preference for Business, Management, or Hospitality).
  • Candidates living within 2–5 km of our office will be given preference.
  • Candidates with Minimum 6 months of experience in sales/Marketing is must
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
  • Comfortable with digital platforms, Excel/Google Sheets, Zoho mail etc.
  • Self-motivated, positive minded, target-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team.
