**Job Summary**:

- We are looking for a skilled Tour Operation Executive to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of exceptional travel experiences.
- coordinate logistics, and ensure customer satisfaction while optimizing operational efficiency and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Tour Planning and Execution**:

- Design, develop, and coordinate domestic and international tour packages.
- Manage end-to-end tour operations, including bookings, itineraries, and on-ground logistics.
- Ensure timely confirmation of services such as hotels, transportation, activities, and guides.

**2. Operational Efficiency**:

- Monitor tour operations to ensure smooth execution and handle any on-ground challenges.
- Manage budgets, ensure cost-effective planning, and track profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all travel and safety regulations.

**3. Customer Experience Management**:

- Address client queries, provide pre-travel support, and ensure exceptional post-travel feedback.
- Resolve on-ground issues promptly and professionally during tours.
- Collect customer feedback to improve future tours and services.

**4. Team Management**:

- Supervise, train, and mentor the operations and tour coordinators’ team.
- Assign responsibilities, monitor team performance, and maintain high service standards.

**5. Product Development and Market Research**:

- Research new destinations, activities, and travel trends to create innovative and attractive packages.
- Update and improve existing products to cater to evolving customer needs.

**6. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain proper records of all bookings, itineraries, payments, and vendor contracts.
- Generate regular reports on operational performance, costs, and profitability for management.

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of experience in tour operations, travel planning, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations and logistics.
- Excellent vendor communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in travel management systems, reservation tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage budgets, optimize operations, and meet deadlines.
- A customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
