**Job Description**:
Sunflower Trip Pvt Ltd. is seeking dynamic and passionate individuals to join our team as Tour Operators. As a Tour Operator, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. Whether you're a fresh graduate or an experienced professional, if you have a love for travel and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
- Create customized travel itineraries, including accommodation, transportation, and activities. - Research and provide up-to-date information on destinations, visa requirements, and travel restrictions. - Coordinate bookings and reservations with hotels, airlines, and other service providers.
- Ensure all travel documents and arrangements are in order for clients. - Provide excellent customer service throughout the travel process, addressing client queries and concerns.
- Assist clients during their trips, resolving any issues that may arise. - Stay updated on industry trends and new travel destinations.
- Promote and sell tour packages and travel services.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for travel and a strong knowledge of various travel destinations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Bengali, Hindi, and English languages.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Familiarity with travel booking software and tools is a plus. - Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,649.90 per month
