- **Booking and Coordination**:

- Arrange transportation (flights, buses, trains, etc.), accommodation, and activities.
- Handle the logistics of group travel, ensuring smooth connections between transportation and accommodations.
- Coordinate with travel agents, vendors, and suppliers to confirm bookings and finalize arrangements.
- **Customer Service**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and any special requirements.
- Provide advice and recommendations on destinations, travel tips, and cultural insights.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or issues before, during, and after the trip.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:

- Promote tour packages through various marketing channels (online, print, social media).
- Create promotional materials and brochures.
- Attend travel trade shows or industry events to build relationships and increase brand awareness.
- **Cost Management and Budgeting**:

- Negotiate prices with suppliers and manage costs to ensure profitability.
- Create and manage budgets for each tour package.
- Track payments and manage invoicing.
- **Logistics Management**:

- Ensure that the transportation, accommodation, and activities run smoothly.
