**Role Description**

You will work directly with the company’s management and sales team to curate seamless international holidays and group departures that reflect our brand’s premium and personalized service promise.

**Key Responsibilities**

Designing customized international tour itineraries based on client requirements.
Coordinating with DMCs, hotels, transporters, and guides to ensure smooth tour execution.
Communicating with clients for pre
- and post-travel services and requirements.
Responding to queries and creating quotations with accuracy and efficiency.
Finalizing bookings including flights, accommodations, visas, and insurance.
Managing documentation, payment follow-ups, and pre-departure briefings.
Handling B2B and B2C bookings, group tours, and FITs.
Supporting the sales team by providing product knowledge and destination insights.

**Qualifications & Skills**

Minimum **2 years of experience** in international tour operations.
Excellent knowledge of popular global destinations, hotels, and routing.
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with visa processes, insurance, and foreign exchange norms.
Knowledge of GDS or booking portals is a plus.
