Upper Chambers, a leading full-service law firm expanding into the legal education sector, is looking for a dynamic **Female Counselor /Front Office Executive** to join our team. This role will support our CLAT, Law Entrance Tests, IELTS, CELPIP, and PTE preparation programs.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**: Graduate with excellent English communication skills (preferably from an English-medium school).
- **Location**: Must reside within 7 km of Rabindra Sarovar Metro Station, South Kolkata.
- **Physical Requirements**: Height: 154 cm+, well-groomed, confident, and fit.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in customer-facing roles. Experience in educational institutions (CLAT, IELTS, etc.) is a plus.
- **Age**: 21-30 years.
- **Personal Traits**: Positive, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, and a team player.

**Role Overview**:
As a Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll be responsible for managing inquiries, guiding students and parents, ensuring smooth operations, and creating a welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist clients, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Counsel students and parents on CLAT and other exam preparations.
- Handle walk-ins and queries, ensuring follow-ups and conversions.
- Coordinate class schedules and assist with administrative tasks.
- Distribute study materials and manage fee collections.
- Collaborate with the team and assist with overall center operations.

**Position Details**:

- **Job Type**: Full-time
- **Salary**: ₹16,500 - ₹21,000/month + Commission & Incentives
- **Work Hours**: Day shift, with weekend availability required.
- **Benefits**: One weekday off.
