**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Conversion**: Proactively convert leads into sales through outbound and inbound calls.
- **Automated Calling**: Make automated outbound calls daily to follow up with potential leads and existing customers.
- **Target Achievement**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Call Management**: Attend and manage incoming and outbound calls effectively.
- **CRM Management**: Update and maintain lead records in Zoho CRM.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Sales Reporting**: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status and sales performance.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop in-depth knowledge of Plyneer products to effectively address customer queries and recommend solutions.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Specialist, Telecaller, or similar role in sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Languages Known**: Proficiency in **English, Kannada, and Hindi** is **mandatory.**:

- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like **Zoho CRM** and MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Sales-driven approach with strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and maintain detailed call logs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,706.52 per month
