CANDIDATE'S PROFILE

  1. Post-graduation in Finance and understanding of Debt Syndication Mandates

  2. Shall have minimum 1 -2 years of work experience in Debt Syndication & Corporate Advisory role. Must have preferably handled large debt syndication as well as have knowledge in debt resolution space.

SKILLS AND TRAITS

  1. Should be able to handle mandates individually

  2. Should be very strong in advanced financial modelling and shall possess strong presentation skills

  3. Sectorial knowledge particularly Infrastructure sectors like Roads, Power, Airports etc. would be preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Lead and manage debt syndication for clients, structuring funding solutions and negotiating terms with banks, NBFCs, and institutional lenders.

  2. Develop and implement resolution strategies, including debt restructuring, assignment, and OTS, ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines.

  3. Build financial models (cash flow, P&L, balance sheets) and analyze historical data to assess client viability and future growth.

  4. Prepare and present debt syndication proposals and resolution plans to lenders, investors, and internal stakeholders.

  5. Draft Information Memorandums (IMs), appraisal notes

  6. Design and execute structured resolution plans for stressed assets and present them to banks, investors, and lenders.

  7. Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, address lender queries, and provide necessary clarifications.

  8. Coordinate asset valuations and oversee due diligence processes, ensuring accurate representation of clients financials.

  9. Lead and mentor a team, ensuring effective deal execution and stakeholder management
