About the Role:

Visure is a venture studio specializing in financial strategy and funding solutions, including debt syndication. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Debt Syndication Manager - to lead our debt syndication activities. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in liaisoning with banks and financial institutions, managing loan documentation, and structuring debt solutions. A strong understanding of SME/MSME Government schemes and this is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong financial acumen, documentation skills, and banking relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Debt Syndication: Manage the end-to-end process of debt syndication, including structuring, preparing, presenting, and negotiating loan proposals with banks and financial institutions.
  • SME/MSME Govt Schemes: Advise and assist clients in accessing funding through government schemes for SMEs/MSMEs, ensuring maximum benefit utilization.
  • Liaisoning: Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and rating agencies to facilitate approvals and successful deal closures.
  • Documentation: Oversee preparation, review, and submission of loan documentation, ensuring compliance with all banking, RBI, and regulatory requirements.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on financial products, government incentives, lending policies, and interest rate trends to provide clients with informed borrowing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to gather necessary financial data, business projections, and supporting documents for proposals.
  • Network Expansion: Continuously expand and strengthen relationships with lenders, government agencies, and ecosystem partners to access diverse financing options.

Qualifications & Experience:

· CA/Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Commerce.

· 5-6 years of experience in debt syndication, corporate finance, or banking.

· Strong expertise in SME/MSME government schemes and their practical application in financing.

· Proven track record of successfully syndicating loans and managing end-to-end financing transactions.

· In-depth knowledge of loan structures, credit assessment, financial documentation, and compliance.

· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with CXOs and bankers.

· Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.

· A robust network of banking and financial services contacts.

· Ability to manage multiple transactions independently and deliver within tight timelines.
