The role focuses on Debt Syndication, Wholesale banking, Supply Chain Finance, Corporate Lending with a deep understanding of Fund based and Non-fund based products comprising Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD), Working Capital Demand Loan (WCDL), Term Loans (TL), Letters of Credit (LC), and Bank Guarantees (BG). The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their financial objectives and recommend appropriate product solutions. Additionally, the position requires in-depth knowledge of credit analysis, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance for large-cap corporate lending with a handled ticket size comprising Rs.10crs (starting range) while managing a team of professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Syndication and Debt Structuring**: Handle syndication of both new and expansion projects, including long-term and short-term debt for corporate customers. Design and implement structured financial products.
- **Client Engagement**: Meet with top management of mid/large corporates to structure optimal fundraising strategies via debt.
- **Documentation and Financial Modelling**: Prepare information memorandums, financial models, CMA, and other required documentation for lenders. Review and manage deal documentation, including feasibility, valuation, title, and other technical reports.
- **Lender Coordination**: Liaise with bankers and various departments to ensure timely processing and closing of deals. Work closely with market participants, such as lawyers and consultants, to manage pre-disbursement formalities.
- **Execution and Completion**: Manage the origination, execution, and completion of syndicated debt, structured finance, acquisition/bridge finance, and project finance transactions. Coordinate between lenders and borrowers for all pre-and post-sanction activities.
- **Team Handling**: Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and ensuring effective execution of all transactions. Foster a collaborative environment to achieve team goals and meet deadlines.
- **Risk Assessment**: Conduct a thorough analysis of financial statements, business models, and other factors for credit facilities. Prepare risk assessments, CMA data, projections, and project reports.

**Skills Required**:

- Experience in wholesale banking, corporate lending, supply chain finance and syndicated loans.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, deal structuring, and closing mandates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Debt Syndication: 3 years (preferred)
- Wholesale banking: 3 years (preferred)
- Supply chain finance: 3 years (preferred)
