Janani Family Care (JFC) is a company with a base in Delhi that specializes in family planning and reproductive health. JFC is a subsidiary of DKT International, Washington DC. JFC provides high quality family planning and reproductive health products and services across 20 states in the north of India. JFC’s mission is to increase access to contraception and other family planning products by leveraging existing public and private sector channels. We achieve this through building brands, a rigorous approach to sales and marketing with a constant focus on process and cost-efficiencies in line with market demands and feedback. JFC uses commercial sales and marketing techniques to achieve a social benefit.
Position Title -
PACG Network Supervisor
Job Location - Patna (Bihar) & Lucknow(U.P.)
Job summaryNetwork Supervisor will be responsible for managing the team of field managers and work closely withRegional Business Manager for increasing the demand of post abortion contraceptives.
Key responsibilities· Monitor the presence of field managers at their duty station and motivate them for target achievement of onboarding of partners· Supportive supervision of the team to increase the uptake of post abortion contraceptives through network partners· Monitor the network partners and ensure the compliance of policies, availability of family planning products and timely reporting by the pharmacies· Manage relationship with the stakeholders like stockists and partner pharmacies· Ensure the optimal coverage of pharmacies in project districts to increase the sale and uptake of post abortion contraceptives· Work closely with the Regional Business Managers-Sales and ensure the availability of products in the network pharmacies· Coordinate with the senior manager for smooth implementation of the project, especially, seamless supplies, field management and any other related issues
Required skills and qualification· Minimum 8 years of work experience in sales and have a good understanding of pharma sector· Experience of managing a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders· Understanding of reproductive health and family planning methods· Proficient in use of computer (MS Word, Excel and Emails)· Prepared for extensive travel (Min 15 days) in project districts
